What will you do

The TechTorch platform Product Manager is responsible for driving the roadmap of features and ensure the voice of the user is reflected in the design, prioritization, and delivery. This is a key role working closely with the Engineering team to ensure a good understanding of the intended value to the user and the technical requirements.

As a Product Manager you will:

• Be responsible for creating and maintaining the backlog while ensuring alignment to Product Roadmap and Vision
• Work closely with Chief Product Officer, Engineering teams and Use Case Content
• lead to define stories from features and ensure they are appropriately prioritized for delivering business value
• Clear roadblocks for teams and handle risks as they are raised
• Advocate for the user while prioritizing features that generate the most value for TechTorch
• Work directly with product team members to gather details of feature requirements
• Work closely with engineering teams to research, design and implement features
• Write and refine stories for clarity, business value, and acceptance criteria
• Conduct data analysis, data mapping, feature mapping, gap analysis, data flow to help assess business implications
• Conduct validations to resolve how features are performing
• Support System Integration testing and End to End testing with internal as well as external dependent systems
• Monitor progress and performance and helping teams to make improvements.
• Plan and organize demos and product/system testing.
